At Sweats Collective, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium loungewear. If your fit isn't perfect, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are intact and the garments show no signs of wear.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
